Intellectual property. All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the “Sliann” name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Sliann Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of the website without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use. You agree not to use the website unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to introduce malicious code or otherwise interfere with its operation or security.

This section explains how payments work across Sliann Limited’s services and who is responsible for refunds, cancellations and disputes. It is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice. The specific terms for any service are set out in the applicable agreement.
Sliann Limited operates YourBakery, an order-management platform for independent bakers in Ireland. Payments on the platform are processed through Stripe, using Stripe Connect (Standard accounts).
Each baker connects and controls their own Stripe account. When a customer pays a deposit for an order, the payment is charged directly to the baker’s own Stripe account. The baker is the merchant of record for that sale: the baker’s business appears on the customer’s statement, the baker receives the funds, and the baker controls their own payouts.
Sliann Limited does not hold customer funds, does not pay money out to bakers, and does not collect bakers’ bank details.
Because the baker is the merchant of record, the baker is responsible for their own orders, including: deposit, balance and refund terms; order changes and cancellations; and the handling of chargebacks and payment disputes through their own Stripe account.
If you are a customer with a question about an order, a refund or a cancellation, please contact the baker you ordered from. Each baker sets and displays the terms that apply to their orders. Sliann Limited is not a party to the contract between a baker and their customer and does not process refunds on a baker’s behalf.
Orders are often for bespoke, made-to-order or perishable goods. Any cancellation, “cooling-off” or refund rights are determined by the baker’s terms and by applicable Irish and EU consumer law.
Where Sliann Limited charges a baker directly — a monthly software subscription and a fixed per-order platform fee — the following applies:
